Data sent through the forms

The information entered in the website forms (name, email, phone, property, message) is sent through the host’s Netlify Forms service, then forwarded by email to contact@leeloocreation.com. This information is used only to answer your request, prepare a quote and follow up on your project. Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract.

Audience measurement: Google Analytics

If you accept it through the cookie banner, the website uses Google Analytics 4 (ID G-LGJJ9K6VNZ), a Google service, to measure traffic and improve its content: pages viewed, visit duration, traffic source, device and browser type, approximate location. Legal basis: your consent. To do so, Google Analytics sets the _ga and _ga_LGJJ9K6VNZ cookies. According to Google, Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses. This data is not used for advertising and does not allow Leeloo Création to identify you personally.

Other third-party services

Booking: the “Book a call” links lead to Calendly, an external service governed by its own privacy policy.
Instagram feed: the latest posts are displayed through the Behold service, which receives your browser’s technical connection data in the process.
Homepage video: the homepage video is hosted on YouTube (Google) and played in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com).
Google reviews: the reviews shown come from Google, and the authors’ profile pictures are loaded from Google’s servers.

Retention period

Exchanges relating to a request are kept for three years from the last contact when they do not lead to a project. For clients, data is kept for the duration of the business relationship, then as required by law (ten years for accounting records). Audience measurement data is kept for the period set in Google Analytics.

Recipients and hosting

Your data is never sold or transferred. It is accessible only to Leeloo Création and, for the website’s technical needs, to its service providers: Netlify (hosting, technical connection logs, form submissions) and Google (audience measurement).

Transfers outside the European Union

Netlify and Google are based in the United States. Data transfers to these providers are governed by their participation in the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

Cookies

On your first visit, a banner lets you accept or refuse audience measurement cookies. Until you accept, Google Analytics is not loaded and no cookie is set. The _ga and _ga_LGJJ9K6VNZ cookies last up to 13 months. No advertising cookies are used.
Your choice is stored in your browser for 6 months, after which you are asked again. You can change it at any time with the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or disable Google Analytics with the opt-out add-on provided by Google.

Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. To exercise these rights, write to contact@leeloocreation.com: you will receive a reply within one month. If you believe your rights are not being respected, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).
